Save iPod songs to other computers

I have thousand of songs and a LOT of photos on my iPod touch. my old computer crashed and i got a new one. i re-downloaded itunes. now i want to put new songs on my ipod from my new computer, however i do not want to lose all the songs that are already on ipod. is there a way for me to save them onto the new computer so that i can always keep them? |
How to save ipod touch songs when plugging into a new computer? Have you tried to sync your iPod to another computer that result in losing all the songs on your iPod?
I don¡¯t know if you have tried this (I have), but if you attempt to sync your iPod with any computer other than the one you originally synced with your iPod, you will receive a warning that your iPod is 'synced with another iTunes library', your only choice at this point is to 'Cancel' the operation or 'Erase and Sync' because your iPod can only be synced to one iTunes library at a time. Here we would like to tell you how to save your iPod/iPhone music files to another computer, and add checked files to iTunes library with AVCWare Mac iPod Transfer.
Tip: Please make sure that your iTunes is closed when you use AVCWare Mac iPod to iPod / Computer / iTunes Transfer .
Step 1. Connect iPod to the computer.
Run the software, and connect your iPod to the target computer via USB cable. After done, the iPod icon and its library and playlists will appear in the Device list.
Step 2. Choose music want to save.
